Return and Refund Window

Our return and refund policy lasts 20 days from the date of purchase.
If more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books with clear signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 20 days after delivery


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and approval/rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and applied automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund is posted)

  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

2. Ship the Item

(Not applicable to digital products or services.)

Please return the item(s) to us at your own cost. You are responsible for the shipping risks and fees, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

⚠️ We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return

  • Once received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
